Jennifer Lien

Jennifer ChouJennifer was born and grew up in Taipei, Taiwan. She received her Nursing degree from the National Taipei College of Nursing in 1979. She worked as a registered nurse in the ICU, OB, and Pediatric departments of the Taiwan General Hospital.

She immigrated to Phoenix, Arizona in 1982. She is the proud mother of two children: Vivian, an ophthalmologist in California, and Michael, a graduate student of Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Arizona.

After immigrating to Phoenix, Jennifer worked as a Business Service Specialist at the Bank of America. She received the Top Performer Award several years in a row and the Western State Region Platinum Award during her service at the Bank of America. She also devoted her free time to helping the community. She is a volunteer and commissioner of the Tzu Chi Foundation which is an international charity organization. She helped to establish the important food sourcing channel from the Mesa Food Bank and has been an integral part in organizing the bi-annual free medical events for the homeless and the uninsured people during the past eight years.

After working for the Bank of America for ten years, Jennifer decided to enjoy her retirement starting from 2013. She continues her charity work at the Tzu Chi Foundation and wants to contribute her financial experience to help the AZ-TW Society of Technology.
