Albert Lin

Albert LinAfter burning candle on both ends for thirty-five years, Albert Lin finally got to decide where and when Albert want to work. Albert have Chemical and Nuclear Engineering degrees, had Professional Engineer’s license in Arizona, California, Georgia, Illinois, New York and Texas, and had traveled a lot to these states.

Albert got involved in community in 1990 after my family moved to Arizona. From there Albert took on various duties in Chinese American Professional Association of Arizona, Phoenix Chinese United Association, Chinese Week, co-founder of International Ambassadors of Music, Chair of Congressman Matt Salmon’s Asian Pacific Advisory Board, six-years president of Buddhist Light International Association, and two-term president of Arizona Asian American Association.

Currently, Albert still get involved in AAAA and appointed as an ambassador. And also, appointed as the central regional president of AZ-TW Society of Technology. In addition, Albert is the Publisher of Cathay Magazine (China), OCA Phoenix treasurer, and membership of ROC Veteran Association, Arizona Chinese Economic and Cultural Advancement Association of USA, etc. as well as co-chair of Congressman Matt Salmon’s Asian Pacific Advisory Board.

Albert is passive and supportive, never wanted to be “somebody”, but once got pushed to a position, Albert always tried not to let people down.
